I’ve been involved in health and well-being for most of my adult life and have been practicing teaching Holistic movements and Exercise Coaching for over 20 years, where I’ve gained considerable experience and expertise in many aspects of Health & Fitness.
My approach to Health & Well-Being is very Holistic but with fundamental beliefs in Scientific Principles.

I have had a large amount of success with clients at all different levels and conditions including Parkinson’s Disease, Injury Rehab, Pregnancy, Weight Loss/Gain, Postural Correction, Nutrition, Back problems… to name a few
