"We share the same passion; to live life in harmony with Nature" In a world that has greatly expanded its knowledge in modern technology and medicine, we believe that there are some things that should be left as Nature Intended. Such as food, health and spirituality. We try to incorporate these aspects in our lives and share them with our friends, family and clients.
 Donovan has a very energetic and lively 7 year old son, Marsalis, who already shares our affection for Nature, Health and well-being. All three of us have developed a fun and loving friendship.
Our hopes are to start a family in the near future, using Conscious Conception!

My experience of Holistic Therapies began over a decade ago, time spent travelling increased my knowledge and I was drawn into the “Holistic & Spiritual World”. Qualifying and working in a variety of Holistic therapies, I have enjoyed working with my skills to nurture & heal many clients. I continually develop my skills & knowledge, as new paths open.
My energies were soon redirected towards working with Pregnancy, and in June 2006 I became a Doula. A job I am incredibly passionate about! For me, nothing beats seeing a new born arrive, the smiles on the parents’ faces and a job where I get to hold babies for a living!! I thought that I had found my path in life as a Holistic therapist and Doula, and would have stopped there if not for a personal injury.
I was unable to continue my massaging work, but as a firm believer in ‘Fate’, I took this opportunity to listen to the Universe. Whilst meditating, I received a message to “Help lost souls” – out of this, Cosmic Midwifery was born.
My life journey is a Spiral…I continue to grow, listen, and develop so that I may help others and fulfil my life’s purpose…Blessed Be.

I’ve been involved in health and well-being for most of my adult life and have been practicing teaching Holistic movements and Personal Training for over 15 years, where I’ve gained considerable experience and expertise in many aspects of Health & Fitness.
My approach to Health & Well-Being is very Holistic but with fundamental beliefs in Scientific Principles.
“We are all unique individuals and whether using exercise or nutrition, each client’s personal needs are different and should be tailored accordingly.”
I have had a large amount of success with clients at all different levels and conditions including Parkinson’s Disease, Injury Rehab, Pregnancy, Weight Loss/Gain, Postural Correction, Nutrition, Back problems… to name a few
